We put together an equitable engagement agreement document that transparently lays out the deliverables, as well as the timeframe and resources that have been agreed upon.

Discovery

Discovery is a key part of the consulting engagement, where the dialogue occurs that allows us to act as a catalyst to convince our clients to take action. Here, we identify the problem clearly focussing on both the presenting and root challenges, select problem dimensions to study, pick engagement team members, decide data collection methods, and then collect, filter and summarize the data. Finally, an analysis of the data is performed in order create a solid foundation for finding solutions.

Solution

Here, we create a focused feedback report from our findings, condensing them into relevant actions to address challenges and opportunities our client can control. Our primary goal is to deliver a feasible and pragmatic operational strategy that is underpinned with clear action steps. We transparently link our recommendations to the established goals, and determine the deliverables for all key actions.

Implementation

We provide continuous advisory and guidance during the implementation phase, ensuring that our client receives the support needed in order to achieve the goals mapped out in the solution. We create structured project plans, and are able to provide in-house project management services. We ensure that the people element is actively taken into account throughout the implementation process, eliminating resistance and helping build genuine commitment to the project.

Review

Upon completing an engagement we partner with our client to conduct a subjective review of the project. Here we aim to pinpoint key success areas, as well as opportunities for future improvement and any possible risk elements. We ensure that there is full knowledge transfer between our team members and the internal resources of our client, and provide formal project documentation.
